Its a good app. I would like more surveys. But I think you have to visit more places to earn them. But its an easy way to earn gift cards.

While I love the concept of the App and how easy they are to complete...I wish I got more that earned me points. I seem to always get surveys but I get coupons. How am I going to earn points if I keep getting coupons instead?!

This is the best survey app!!! I have received two gift cards already just by taking surveys!! All you have to do is keep your phone on and with you every place you go, then take surveys, earn points, and redeem gift cards!! Thanks SurveyMini!!!

This ap seemed to be great, but turns out to be disappointing, maybe even a scam. I finally got enough points to redeem for a $25 gift card. I submitted it in November and was told I would receive the card within 10 days. Time passes and two weeks later, no card. I contacted them and they said maybe it got lost in the mail and that they would send another via ups I believe and I would have to sign for it. Another 2 weeks passes and no card. I have contacted them twice now and no response and its mid January. Dont waste your time.

So worth it! So simple! It takes a while to gain points, but their so easy to do, I love this app that earns points for free rewards! They actually send you a legit gift card in the mail! I will continue to participate!

Ive only been using if for a little while but I really like it

Most businesses to which I have earned a "reward" dont accept the coupon offer because they deem SurveyMini a fraudulent company. When I did finally earn enough points competing surveys to earn a $25 gift card SurveyMini failed to properly deliver the item. Contacted customer service when the gift card didnt show up after 6 weeks and was told "oh well." Horrible app with even worse customer service. Dont bother!

When I first got this app I thought it was cool every place I went to I got a survey and I redeemed a $10 gift card to a place to go eat after that I started getting coupons which means NOTHING to me, I cant use them and I havent gotten any surveys for the last 2 months!! I made sure my location is on but Im so over this lame app. Dont waste your time!

Takes patience but if you can wait a little the rewards for doing what you already needed to do are great.

Today I received my second $10 gift card since I started on this app. Easy way to get free gift cards, you just have to be patient and give it time.

I was a long time user of this app (2+ years) when suddenly around summer of 2016, I had realized I wasnt receiving any more surveys. I gave it time (4 months or so) to see if Id receive any more surveys, but they never came. I conferred with other users who I recommended the app to and they reported the same issue. I contacted the company who instructed me to make sure my Location Services and Background Refresh were on, both of which were already operating. Through further correspondence with the company, not only did they tell me theres nothing they could do but they said they would deliberating not send me anymore surveys since they couldnt pinpoint my location. Furthermore, Im at 11,550 points (just 450 points shy of a $10 gift card which is worth 12,000 points) and I asked if they would be kind enough to grant me the card. They declined, citing Im no longer of use to them. They literally said that. EXTREMELY poor customer service, especially considering Ive been a long time consumer of this app and have recommended it to 15+ people. Do not bother with this app. Itll only cause you frustration.

Very easy and great to do

I really like this app. Its easy to use and the surveys take very little time. I have already gotten 3 $25 gift cards. Takes no time at all to receive the gift cards.

The surveys are super quick to fill out and its nice to get little rewards for pretty much nothing!

Should give more point per survey cuase is take a life to get a reward

I have been using this app for over a year now, and have been able to redeem 1 $25.00 Krogers gift card via mail. It does take a while to earn enough points to redeem a $25.00 gift card, but I have made suggestions to them about having more choices when selecting various rewards as a result of completing the survey from your visit, and one was being able to choose points in addition to other things they were offering, and I have noticed some positive changes regarding this at times. Update: I have changed my last rating from 1-3 stars for now, because after deleting the app, after I was very dissatisfied about how I was treated after not being able to use a reward that I redeemed because the restaurant did not honor their mobile gift card, and only accepted paper, and SurveyMini, did not make good on my redemption with an alternative gift card, which was very unprofessional. Nevertheless, I recently decided to give this app another try, and so far things seem to be okay, and business as usual, but only time will tell.

Has taken awhile to even get 1500 points. Surveys arent much 100 to 200 points. 4000 points gets you a free value meal item. So basically you spend 2 or 3 hours writing 20-40 reviews and get 1$

So I have been using this app for a while now and have received 2 gift cards. You have a choice to save your points and get a bigger gift card.

I love this app I get rewarded w food just for taking surveys yeah it takes a little bit to rack up points depending on where you go I already got two Gift cards from them. So worth your time and options and it also lets me rant about the service I dont like
