Im still pretty new to this app but my experience so far is pretty unsatisfactory. I MAYBE get 1 survey a week :/

If your patient, get it! It takes a little time but its worth it to me.

Great idea... Not enough surveys or possibility for more points to cash in for rewards

So Ive been using this app for 6 months and I finally saved up enough for a $10 gift card and I got a chick fil a card. It came earlier then expected I was surprised but I finally got it! Will definitely be using this app more!

I loved this app, but not anymore! I saved the gift cards for holidays, they came in handy and not much work to earn them. The last two $25 HomeGoods cards I have requested Ive not received. Customer service says they only resend one gift card PER customers lifetime! They refuse to give you back the points and ignore you when you respond.

I have received 2 gift cards already, they were shipped in about 3 days. I always use the free coupons that I receive. I have recommended to family. We all use this App.

I used to get multiple surveys in one day. I "might" get one in a week or two. I like the free drinks at Sonic, Dr. Pepper at Murphys, saving $5 at Tractor Supply, etc. Ive used them all, some expired, but thats ok. I just want more surveys cuz they are fun and rewarding when we do actually get them.

You can do this really fast and when you want or can and just for give your opinion you can win gift cards or coupons

Love the app! Earning rewards just by making a visit. The rewards are great as well.

This survey app isnt to bad, other survey apps Ive had I will answer a bunch of questions for 5-7 minutes to be closed out claiming I dont qualify. Only thing with this is you get a survey like once a week. I go to a store atleast daily and sometimes a survey will randomly pop up other times there wont. If they maybe added a "daily survey" with like 3-5 simple questions and awarded maybe 25-50 points then it would be way more worth it. With getting 2-3 surveys every week or more its taking forever to save enough points to reward.

Im so disappointed. Yesterday I went out to run errands with two coupons in my SurveyMini wallet, one for $5 off of $25 or more at Michaels, and one for $10 off of $50 or more at OfficeMax. However, when I went to use them, I repeatedly had an error message. I wrote to the support team and they explained that the system was having trouble, and offered me 1000 points. Very kind! I waited awhile to use the coupons. At one point I saw they were working, so I finished my errand and I went right to OfficeMax, chose my items, and went to check out... error message. And my Michaels coupon had disappeared. I left OfficeMax hoping to go back later when it was working. That afternoon I checked my wallet again to see if the OfficeMax one was working... also disappeared! Now this morning I decided to just redeem 4000 points to buy another OfficeMax coupon. I did that... And its not in my wallet! As you can imagine, Im pretty frustrated with this app. I requested my 4000 points returned, as well as my two coupons. Got a very brief reply stating that my points had been returned, but guess what? Not there. Done with this app.

Surveys are short and to the point and I like the rewards! Fun!

Ive been using this for quite a few months now and Ive earned two separate gift cards. One $10 and one $25 card. The first card got lost in the mail, but after emailing about it, it was eventually resolved and revived. The second time it was at my house in less than a week. Its slow earning, but very quick and easy. And theres no spam popping up at you or trying to redirect you somewhere else. Just answer about 5 multiple choice questions about a place you visited and get points.
